November author update
with some Thanks Giving
Quick update on upcoming local events after a blitz of the east coast!
Join me and other book lovers at the Ann Arbor District Library for the Community Bookfest
Then come to the Ann Arbor Jewish Book Series Local Authors and Artists on Nov. 20
As Thanksgiving approaches, my thanks go out to many who made my visits to New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston and New York so wonderful. Jeff Rosenfeld and Sue Rodin and the Ridgewood Public Library, my siblings, Robert and Helen Stark and the staff at Greenwich Reform Synagogue, my dear She Writes Sister, Florence Reiss Kraut and the folks at JCCH in Harrison NY, and my booth mates at the Boston Book Festival, Liz Kinchen, Diane Botnick, and Julia Hatch.
Speaking of She Writes Press, check out the wonderful books that came out this year along with Isabela’s Way…. historical fiction, memoir, literary fiction, women’s fiction, and more. Support independently published authors!
Check out this interesting review of Isabela’s Way at The Grateful American
And again, if you’ve gotten your copy of Isabela’s Way, and had a chance to read it, you could do the author (me!) a real solid by posting a review at Amazon, Goodreads and BookBub. Positive reviews are really important, especially around a book launch… Thanks for considering this!
Other ways to help launch Isabela…
Ask your library to order a copy and I love doing events at libraries.. put me in touch!
recommend it to a friend
Recommend Isabela to your book group……I’m loving going to book groups with Isabela and my other books. If I can, I’ll come in person, but also happy to zoom in. Contact me at bstarknemon@gmail.com
Check out my website and Facebook for future events.
Here are some photos from the east coast tour…
Happy Thanksgiving, and as always, thank YOU for your interest and support,
Barbara

Congratulations on the launch of your latest book, Barbara. What a beautiful cover and what a fascinating story (I checked it out on your blog!)
