February author note
Events and More
Welcome to winter in Michigan!
Those who know me, know I LOVE winter, but I will say we had a pretty fun getaway in December with many of the kids and grands, which was wonderful.
Lots of book news.. if you are in SE Michigan tomorrow, Feb. 8, I’ll be speaking at the Ann Arbor District library Fiber Arts Expo.. and if you can’t make it but are interested, it should be streamed and recorded
Isabela’s Way is finding its way in the world of book awards! So far it’s been recognized for cover design and for Early Historical Fiction.
I have thoroughly enjoyed attending book clubs… let me know if you’d like me to come to yours!
I’ll be presenting at the Cleveland Jewish Book Festival on March 12 with fellow author Diane Botnick.
I joined Ann-Marie Cannon, the “Armchair Historian” for a podcast that covered a lot of ground on the background and writing of Isabela’s Way. You can listen to it here.
Finally, once again, if you’ve read Isabela and enjoyed it, please consider giving it a positive rating at Amazon, Goodreads, or Bookbub…. with my deep gratitude.
All best,
Barbara
